It has been 4 days since we filed the complaint and no body from LG has even bothered to call us. We have already called three times. What kind of service is this? it has been not even a month since we bought our LG Air Conditioner and it has started leaking water. LG's website claim that they will respond within an hour.
I would like to escalate this matter to next level. And I 'm not going to buy any LG product in future and I'm never ever going to recommend LG to any of my friends/acquaintances.
I hope this matter is taken seriously and handled in a professional manner.
