NOT GETTING CHARGE AND CHANGE MY SERIAL NUMBER

I had bought a LG mobile model No. GD510 at thane. Soon after purchasing of the same I could see that I am unable to getting charge.

I took up the issue with area office of LG at thane and I was advised that this is a techinal problem issue and the mobile had to be given to service centre at thane. After keeping my mobile at service centre at thane for nearly 30min the same was returned back to me stating the same cannot be rectified.

I had also taken up this issue with lgservice@lgindia.com on numerous occasions and also with sureshpykkat@lgindia.com. But nothing happened.

It is really regrettable and shameful that an organization like LG has no care for their customers who believe in them and go by the brand name.

Hence I would request you to either replace my mobile at the earliest or else the money spent by me in purchasing this mobile should be refunded to me along with interest.
