LG LCD TV not working

Sir,

I purchased LG LCD from central Zone - Raguleela Mall Vashi in June' from very first day it has created a problem in terms of Pictures for which i registered a compliant at LG customer Care with no. C1071418577.

Till the date my LCD is not repaired neither they are ready to replace it
