Defective microwave

Hi,

My name is Nupur Mittal. On 27 July I had bought a LG microwave, model no.2049UW ADRQE12 from Croma, R.City Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai. On opening the box, I found that the wheel on which the plate rotates inside the oven is broken. I immediately called up customer care to get the part replaced.

Today is 31 July even after complaining repetitively, my complaints on customer care have gone unattended. I am unable to use the microwave.

Please look into the matter asap.

I am highly disappointed with the after sales services and want the microwave replaced or my money back.
