Regarding Service Quality

Hi Friends,

I had placed a compliant (C1060228889) on June 1st 2010 with LG for my LCD for display error. I have the annual maintainance contract from LG for which i had to shell about Rs3000 more for two years. But till today (26th July) the service has not been provided and now i am told that the part is not available as they have discontinued the particular LCD model purchased 3 and half years back.

Hence i request everyone please do not go for LG products as they keep changing the models regularly and later on you will have to suffer for non availability of spares from thecompany itself even though you have the annual maintanance contract with them. None of the officials will get in touch with you even after you drop several mails to their mail id -lgservice@lgindia.com.

Please don't buy the LG products and later on suffer as i am sufferringnow.
