Installation Problem

I have purchased window AC on 4th of July 10 from Uttam Sales, Bistupur, Jamshedpur, Purbi Singhbhum. The m/c was not installed properly. There is all around gap from the frame. The lower portion is not resting on the channel. The vibration is such that my window glass has cracked. Inspit of complaining several times to Uttam Sales / LG local dealer, the problem has not been attended. I have lodged a complainton LG website also. The complaint no was '19071098461' butnoaction has been taken till date. I am not able to use the AC because of this problem.
