Poor Service - Nothing repaired even after payment

I had purchased a LG Aplit AC 2 years ago. I had a cooling problem for which I had contacted the Customer Care, after which the LG representative had visited my house and raised a Bill of arround Rs. 1650 (Gas refueling & Service charges), and confirmed me that the AC is absolutely fine. After few days I was having the same problem (No Cooling), again after contacting the customer care several times, LG representatives visited my house and said we might have to change the compressor and also few other parts, for which I'll again be charged. They were supposed to visit my house & it had been more than 4 days, they are still unreachable, we have been waiting for them since morning, no one had intimated us anything.
I am absolutely shocked to see such a lackadaisical approach. I am suffering for the same problem past 2 weeks and my matter is still not resolved and they have also charged me for a repair which has not solved my problem either.
I spoke to the Customer Care representative again in the morning today, they informed me that there represenatative would contact me by today. After sometime I get a mssg on my Hand phone mentioning the Reason: Request C1082600015 is Closed (Reason: Customer will Call again). I am shocked to get such horrible service from there end.
After complaining again an one hour later they provided me with another Complain number: C1083021477
Well I don't know what to do with it now. I am extremely disappointed with their services and their service people.
LG would be my last choice if am buying any product henceforth.
