DAMAGED WASHING MACHINE SENT 5 TIMES

We purchased a washing machine from Sargam in east patel nagar on 27/9. In the last 3 weeks 5 defective/damaged machines were delivered at our address. All the machines were sent back the very same day. A complaint regarding the same. When we tried to approach the LG people regarding the status we were in for a rude shock. Not only did the refuse to deliver the machine but also put the refund on hold for next one month.
