Poor and cheated service

I, gave my lg cookie mobile phone for repair at the lg nehru place repair centre, they conformed me a time of 4-6 working days, but they landed up giving my mobile back after 2 mts. from the date i submited and that too with the baterry damaged and not working in a proper condition, and when i complained about this i was not entertained. During those 2 mts. i made many calls but they were always ready with loads of excuses and even their top management was like hell, specially Mr. vishal their city head. Finally i was fed up which forced me to collect my mobile phone in a bad condition.
