Hi iam B. umamaheswara rao, we bought LG microwave on 18/10 from big bazaar tarnaka and they said a executive will come for free home demo in 48 hrs. its been a week and no one has attented. when we contacted in big bazaar it has been entered in the log book as the home demo has been given... i called LG customer care thrice in this 1 week and every time i call they are registering it as a new complaint and no one is even bothered to give a feedback when they willl send an executive for the demo...
