Non attendance of complaint by LG Csutomer Care and their service agency Shree

I placed a complain to 18001809999 (LG customer CAre) on 30th November for non functioning of television (complain no. C10A3026820). They passed on the complain to Shree Electronics. at Sanpada (Navi Mumbai), who are their service centre agents. Shree elctronics sent their engineer only on3rd that too after several followups. the engineer then mentined that the fault is with transfomer and he will get the part on 4th. On 4th he got the part but the television still did not function and he said that it is IC of the television that is spolied and he may have to take the mother board to his office to check. ON 5th and 6th being Diwali holiday and since we were out of town, he had asked us to check with him on 7th on his mobile. But since 7th till today i.e. 9th November, his mobile is swtiched off. On calling up Shree Service centre on their nos. 27811557 and 65100909.Their supervisor head Ms. Lata Kombil (9820871195) and Mr. Nankishore (9930362575) never picked up the call. On 8th when i again called LG Customer Care, i was told that my complaint has been cancelled since my mobile number which they had was wrong in their records. I was surprised to note the same, since i must have called them atleast 10-12 times and they had checked my mobile number with me then. Again on 8th they took my complain as afresh one and gave me id as C10B0831454 saying that engineer would attend or call but with no result. I am really frustrated and upset with the after service renderred by LG customer Care. I am also surprised the lethargic attitude of Shree Electronics and why LG cannot hire much more efficient and responsible agents. Also every time i had called up LG customer care asking for name and number of any higher authorative person to escalate, i was never given any number or name. I have all the elctronic goods of LG at my home But with this experience i have taken an owth of not purchasing or recommending any product of LG.
Also in 5 years of my purcahse of LG television this is 2nd time that such major fault has happened with the product. I have lost confidence in their product as well.
Request you to look into the matter so that no other consumer suffers like me.
