Poor service

My name is Pankaj Dhaigude, I have LG Flatron TV at home, which is causing some problems, but companies agent at concerned place who is supposed to provide service is not at all entertainig our calls, He do not receive calls & even if he receives, only promices to come but havn't shown his face till now. We have never expected this kind of service from LG, I want to raise this issue to higher level. And i am anticipating some kind of action.
