LCD Tv is fall from wall due to bad installation by LG Enginee

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a LG LCD TV and it was installed by LG engineer at home on wall. But it was fall from wall with screw due to bad installation. I have complain 3 times. But did not get any satisfactory response. LG customer care Service of Patna is very irresponsible. So, Kindly do the best for the customer satisfaction.
