LG refrigerator not working

Dear sir

I am an LG Consumer of a double door Refrigerator 245lts. the purchase date was 1 august but the fridge had some technical fault, it stopped cooling, which is according to the present date is in warranty, but the technichal person who came charged Rs. 112 333=445rs, & said that it is not covered in warranty.
