Noise

Sir,

I have bought an LG Split Air Conditioner from SL Electronics, Kalina, Santacruz (e), Mumbai in the month Of June - July last year. After installation i noticed that the AC (indoor and outdoor) units were making extra noise unusually. I complained to M/s SL Electronics about the same and they sent some person supposed to be LG technician. He told that the said noise was above normal and there is usually more noise in LG AC's than other brand AC's. I was rather surprised and told him that since the Split Ac was making noise as equal to an Window AC what could be the point in installing a Split AC. He told that you should not have bought LG Split AC in the first instance and was unable to do anything regarding the noise. Since the Ac is very sparingly used, I was also least bothered about the noise issue. Off late it has started to make more noise and the Indoor Unit is also making some a type of cracking noise. I request you to kindly send your person for necessary inspection and rectify the sound problem both inside and outdoor units and relieve me from the agony caused due to the faulty Ac delivered to me. I hope you would take the issue on priority and do the needful. Thanking you in anticipation.
