Split Ac Compressor not working

Dear concerned person,

On 3/4, I bought one 2 Ton LG split room Air conditioner. My AC Compressure is not working.

I had registered a complaint against my AC Daily at customer care number-1800-180-9999 daily. First hold was put on a long hold many time then despite of many reminders (atleast 10 times and also after waiting for 5-10 minutes every time) finally they visited and conveyanced me that he will send a macanic but till today I am still waiting despite of calling them 12-15 times. They give me a complain no - RNA 110514025986 but no one came and reapired the AC. They either dont pick-up phone or say we are sending the same in next 2-3 hours. I am still waiting.

Now I shall not give any person to touch it, I want to get it repaired.
