Not providing prompt service as 211 claim

I had lodged a complaint of cooling problem of my window AC (complaint no RNA110524094477 Dated 24-05), on 26-05-11 one person came from LG side and said that it is necessary to take AC to workshop, but today I have more job and unable to do same today and I will come tommorrow to take AC, but till date no one come to solve the problem.

I had repaired my AC for same complaint 2 months before and they charged Rs 165/- for TPT, though they had dome some repair at my home and at this time also, he had asked for Rs 165/-. What is this? I had taken Happy LG care AMC package, so I am feeling that this is another way to cheat the client and as LG had already charged as LG can, so they are not providing the proper service, though LG claim 211 service.
