Sir,
I have registered a complaint at LG Service centre, a couple of months back for the repair of our Top Loading Automatic Washing Machine Model WF-T7517 TE. The complaint registration No.is RNA 110525047372, registered at their Phone No. 1800-180-9999.
After constant follow ups for 4 days, one of their service engineer attended and told that the 'gear box' is to be changed, and he will come back with the spare part in 2-days time. But the action is still pending in spite of constant follow ups and even re-registering the complaint.
About 10 days back we have even registered a complaint to their official customer care centre.
But there is no action from their side till now. We do not know what is to be done further to get the service from LG.
The service of LG may be the poorest. How long they can torture a customer, for his/her mistake for selecting an LG product. We are fed up.
I request you to kindly do the needful, to get a response from LG in this regard.
