Faulty product

I purchased a LG tv from ' Jumbo Electronics ' store in Vasant kunj, New Delhi on the 14th of June. After 2 months the tv stopped working at all. After several complaints and hundreds of calls, nothing was done.

The Store finally told me they will have to replace it. But they also told me that specific model has become obsolete. They offered me a TV which was far less superior. Its did not have the same functions of my TV. Far less in fact.

I demanded a model which has the same features. Thats it all. Nothing better, nothing worse. They told me i will have to pay the difference of 5000 rupees, because the only model which has the same features is more expensive.

My model of TV had a market price of 52000 rupees at the time of purchase. I purchased it for 34000 rupees. Now they will not give me a TV of equal quality. The store is refusing because LG refused them. It has been 3 weeks and my TV still sits in my house not working.
