I have recently noticed that there is some discoloration happening. I have lodged a complaint (Complaint RNA110916070234) with the customer care center on the 16TH SEP2011. This complaint was to be attended to on the 17 SEP 2011.

Since then, almost everyday I have been in contact with the customer care executives. in dehradun Everyday it is the same story that I get to hear from them. everyday i get an assurance that the complain will be resolved today and story repeat itself

here i am stll waitingg the complain to be resolve!!
