LG faulty product. No action being taken

It has been over a month since my LG TV stopped working. LG have done nothing at all to help my situation. The only feedback is an email saying " We are sorry to learn about your dissatisfaction. We have forwarded your issue to concerned Branch Service Manager "
I have callled the branch manager several times, without ever an answer once! LG have done absolutely nothing to help me. I have made hundreds of calls and sent several emails.
ALL I WANT IS EITHER A REPLACEMENT OF MY TV, OR A TV OF EQUAL QUALITY. But they refuse. LG state that my model of TV (32LE550) has become obselete. The next closest model to mine is the 32LV3730. But they refuse to bear the expense of less than 5000 rupees. LG REFUSE TO BEAR THE EXPENSE OF LESS THAN 5000 RUPEES to a customer who has a TV under warranty and has been seriously inconvenienced.
LG's attitude towards this matter is shameful and disgusting. One month, and my TV still sits here without working. ONE MONTH!
