Phone spares not available with LG

I have given LG BL40 mobile handset to LG service center on 24th Sept'11 for checking screen display at Jamnagar, Gujarat and after few days guy told that screen needs to be replaced and will take some time to get the new one.

Now its already one month pass there is still no signs of getting the new screen display to replace.

I can't beleive the service LG is providing, it is totally worst ever seen. They have neither provided stand by handset.

If it will continue for few more days, then I have to file a complaint against LG in consumer court.
