I have booked a complaint with LG regarding LCD TV the complaint number is RNA120111008977 there engineer visited suggested a part replacement by Monday but still it is not replaced I have already their customercare 5 times I am not getting answer from them and when I spoke to the engineer he said it will take 3 days more. The engineer last visited us on Thursday.

Kindly request you to look into the issue so that my issue can be resolved or get me almuni for my product.
