Dear Sir,

We buy new single door LG MAKE refrigerator model no: GL-201KMG5, WHILE BUYING TIME, I FOUND IN DOOR SIDE ONE SIDE RACK IS MISSING, I ASKED FROM SELLER THEY TOLD THIS MODEL IT WILL NOT COME, THAN I PAYED Rs.12000.00 FOR THIS MODEL, NEXT DAY ONE OF MY FRIEND CAME AND SEE, HE TOLD HERE ONE RACK IS MISSING, THAN WE GONE OTHER SHOP AND FIND IN THAT PLACE RACK IS THERE, NEXT DAY WE GONE WHERE I PURCHASED SHOP, i told to that shop owner, u sold me in shortage parts, he not ready to accept, so many fight, i asked to ahow other piece, than he taken me to his godown and open other new piece, we found rack in that place, than he smartly taken the rack and give to me and just like that he telling may be missed somewhere,

so in this case iam cheated from that show room, now i have doubt whether that refrigerator work good for long or not, may be someother parts missing or damage condition, so i need complete replacement immediately

we payed 100% money so we need good product, so please take action imemdiately
