Ill response to our persistent complaints

We had purchased an air conditioner from LG. But it has not been working properly. But even after many complaints to LG customer care service, many number of times but they have not responded to us properly.. The service people had come home to check it, but have not given a solution. They just tell that we will be responding in two days and we have not seen of them later. Kindly look it into it and do the needful.
