NO COOLING AND MAKING PRODUCT OUT OF WARRENTY

Dear sir/madam

i hava bought LG split ac on 13/09 whose compaint no is RNA110908065907 from duga electronices shakinagar.

regarding which i hava launched my comlpaint more than 5 times for not cooling and drainage leek probilem, and my last complaint was launched on 08/09 but not a single technician came and visited.i have even called him in phone too.and even my product is in warrenty. they made it out of warrenty and asking charges and denying for service. i have attached my bill to
