Poor aftr sales services

Sir i have registered my complaint about 2 months ago for my 2 washing machines... we have not got the parts of one machine yet... and mr m.a khan from kasganj workshop did not give any status to our pending parts..and i have called to this number 9811354152and submitted my complaint... and got no feedback from her after... iam ur very loyal costumer i have 2 washing machines. a split ac a microwave..and a television... and parts of microwave is not received yet... i registered my coplaint for it 3 months ago... my registered complaint number is9837442028... if this type of ur after sales services, i would not be able to be apart of lg..and also suggest to my close ones also.. if lg's costumer care executives is reading this mail.contact to this no as soon as possible..9808025145
