Poor product support

We purchased LG Split Air conditioner last year. The product does not work currently. We have the following complaints
1) Product stopped working within 1 year - no service was provided as per warranty in the first year of purchase of the product
2) Despite multiple follow ups and reminders, we get no proper response for the current problem with the AC
3) Customer/ product support is extremely poor and the guys who we deal with are not responsive enough. They pass on the bug and sleep on the problem without properly working to fix the issue
Due to this, we are reeling under scorching 42 degree heat with no AC working at home.
Need urgent help to resolve this issue.
Due to this issue, my recommendation too others using this site, is DON'T buy any LG products. LG's customer/ product service is EXTREMELY POOR
