Poor Product and unattended service

Electronics and household app.

I have bought an window A/C by September at Chennai. Within a short duration (3 months), i started to realize that the performance of the product was not up to the standard of what it should be doing. I have started to call the Customer care & LG Technician guys and had small fix-ups every now and then. As we started to reach the close of first year, scared of going with this A/C without AMC further would end-up total mess, i had taken up taken 2 yrs AMC. The performance was not OK, it does not even generate cooling to the small bedroom that we occupy. My complaint history would better illustrate the performance of the machine, by which the technicians were started to known about this individually about us due to their regular and short visits. It was like for every ~2 months we were logging a complaint. The problem that they told was compressor is not OK and the gas is getting leaked. They will collect the machine and fix the problem (after a short duration, we came to know that problem was not really fixed) and replace it in 4 days. Due this tension, we were not properly escalating the complaint whenever we face the issue, considering that nothing will happen even if they repair this. Since March 1, i have logged three complaints and all of them were closed without any response.

During the early diagnose of the problem, within 3 months of purchase, i have requested the customer care guys to replace the problematic part of the machine. They said that Technician will take care of this. Technicians said they will do this while repairing at their workshop. But nothing had happened until now.

Out of frustration, i even begged the Technicians and senior officers at Chennai LG Service centre located at 100 ft road (Vadapalani, way to Koyambedu), to take away the machine by paying no cost. They assure that they will fix this problem. But for past 3 years this had been one of the very worst performing and itching home appliance at my home.

With this prob, i working as a manager of a corporate office, have advised handful of my colleagues, friends and family members, to not even to cross the street where LG showroom or product is displayed.

I found and ad to be like: LG - Life's Good. Bloody shit, who said this. I say "Lying Good."

Can something be done on this? Who will question these guys? What would be response and who would be the judging authority about such complaints?

They are experimenting at customer's cost.

My Precious Advise, "Pls never take any LG product". If someone has to refute me for this, pls come and enjoy the cooling experience we are getting from the A/C @ our home.
