Hi,

I have written lots of email to your LG Customer Care department, but no body is listening.

I have tried many contact nos which is given by your customer care.

01) Mr Engineer - 8588805260 : Only one day come and take Rs1130 for AMC, and now he is not picking the phone.

02) Mr Sandeep Kumer (Area Supervisor) - 8588805279 : Just one day he pick the phone and saying that I am sending the engineer and talking in rudely and never again pick the phone.

03) Ms. Shobha Pandey - Customer Care Officer - 9811354682 : She never pick the phone.

04) Mr Amit Rathore - Service Area Manager - No response

05) Mr Sumit Bajaj - Branch Service Manager - 9873009497 : I have tried so many times, but he did not pick up the phone.

I am so surprise to see that in LG, no body is listening against my complaints - RNA120509057037, RNA120525099252, RNA120605045355.

Already, I have sent 10-12 times mail to LG Customer care department, but my complaint is not resolved.
