I have asked North service head Mr. Ajay Chawala to share his email ID so that I can share all the contents and mail trail of last 2 years with him, but he refused to share his email ID and asking me to send sms on his mobile and problem will get resolved.
You can understand the seriousness of these Managers towards their customer. They do not want to listen the concern of their customers.
I am requesting LG personal to take immediate action and replace my AC with good AC.
