I am dismayed to find that L G is not interested in giving after sales service to its customers. I bought L.G`s F8068 washing machine on 06/09. It broke down within 10 months of purchase i.e during first week of June. I registered 4 complaints at regular intervals. Till now (10/7) L.G has taken no steps to repair the machine. No body cares at the service centre at thiruvananthapuram to answer my phone calls especially the Customer service complaint Number (9539066899).
This raises a big question. Do L.G is interested only in selling their products. Why don`t they take steps to improve their image by giving better service.
