Cassette a/c not working from the past one month

Dear sir,

i am resident of indore madhya pradesh. i had bought two cassette a/c's a dealer vatanukool here in indore about one year ago.. in june. from the time we had bought the a/c we were not satisfied with the cooling and hence once in every ten days we used to call them check. but we were never satisfied as their cooling was justb40%. but now from the past one month the cooling became zero and we made a complanint to them once again... their people made several visits... saying the gas had leaked... so refilled it... but they failed then they came up with a new thing that there might be some leakages so they opened the complete ac and told us not to switch on for five days ..five days paased then they came back to check and tried to restart it. they failed again and told us that they will now have to take this ac to their service centre as they ar not able to repair... one week they again kept the ac with them and then got it back . they installed it and again they failed. now finally they said that we r unable to do anything one LG people will deal with it as we are unable to detect the fault nor do anything .now u can understand what a customer must be going through for full one month. its not the end then after that i repeatedly made calls to LG toll free number hoping they might help me out. but to my suprise no one paid any attention. i made severl calls to them on 18001803575 and spoke to mr mazar and so many people out their. they only had one thing to say that our people will call u shortly. when i decided to go to consumer forum and told them that i need my complaint number they clearly refused that LG does not give any complaint number . then i called up ms farheed of LG ON 75666660842 and asked her for the compaint number so her answer was that since u mentioned that u will go to consumer forum so LG people will never give u the complaint number . i them again called on the toll free number and asked for my complaint number informing them that since i come for inspector general's family here in indore and will trace out my complaint number if they hold inform me... then they gave me my complaint number which is 29CAC09. this is just one complain number which i got it registerd on 29/9 where as for the full one month i have been making complains to dealer and LG people.on saturday i got a call from LG local office here from mr abhishek promising me that your problem will be sorted out 100% todayitself... now its monday an already half day gone... no one has even come to the site nor called up. i have given up now... tomorrow i would just be sending the ac back to the LG office here... let them have it free of cost... i wud go ahead and buy a new one... for sure never an LG product but wuld request u to kindly pull the dealer and the LG guys for harrasing the customers so much for almost a monthi will go ahead and buy a new one today but there must be hundreds of people who might be harressed by them and have no means to reach out to u too... we do hope u will take action against them so that our faith remains in consumer forum. thanking you pooja baheti 9893098934.
