Handset not working properly

I have taken new handset of LG CDMA model is LG6300 soon after it started giving severe problem in displaying names and numbers.

someone message me but number flashes of some other person.same case with missed call and other call. its not showing correct numbers. i have complaint this to my dealer from where i had purchased it. he has sent my mobile to service centre 2 times but still this is not working properly and the problem remains as it is.

now when i asked that to replace the handset he is refusing and asking me to contact LG company.
