Complaint regarding audio out put is not there

With reference to the above subject of complaint, i have lodged a complaint regarding fail of audio out put with the local LG Service Shimoga, they have attended three times each time saying one ic was gone it was not available at this time and we have to place an order for the same and we fix it later, this was going on since two and half months still they have not rectified it, each time when i called they are asking the details again and again and they have given me a complaint no of 567 when i first lodged, i already fed up what was went through so i am registring a complaint with you, they have already checked my pations .so my complaint is to take action against the local shimoga lg service office and solve my problem.
