Bad service

Respected sir,

Good evening sir this Yogesh H. Mahadik I was buy LG cookie pep GD 510 silver colour, Imei no.359929-03-485293-6 12/05 at my nearest shop.your mobile feature is good also mobile look but i am sorry to say your service is so bad beacause after 3 months one problem is creat it is TOUCH SCREEN PROBLEM i have many time go your service center (Bandra west) but i don't get any responce & also your staff is irresponsible .they have no idea how to talk with customer. I was one answer get your service centre (sir we have no stock available in werehouse). My one question to you how is it possible when i go private shop for chage the touch pad he worker say me i will arrange the touch pad & i will solve your proble only one day.

I am sorry to say that its highly irresponsible behaviour from LG India.

Kindly look into the matter.

Hope an early action in this problem.
