Poor Quality Products

Dear Sir,

I had Purchased a 29 inch Flatron Color Tv on 4-11-07. But sir Within Just 2.5 Years the Color of the Screen is going Fade or change in Color of the Pictures, I Immediately make a complaint in LG service center & the Technician come at home after visit the television he says that the problem is typical u have to send these at service center, after checking at service center the technician says that there is a problem in the PICTURE TUBE of the TV. and it has to be replaced

I am Getting Shocked as in within 2.5 Years how its possible that a Picture of the TV is Defective. Before these TV i have a TV which give us Service from the Last 22 Years, I am Definaetly sure that the Quality of Picture Tube is so Worse that it Become Defective in Just 2.5 Years

So, Sir Please Make A Solution or Please Change the Picture Tube as Soon as Possible
