Hi

i am kavitha living in chennai.i bought a fridge on end of September .i got a problem on my fridge on 17-10.i gave a compliant on the same day.lg responded 2 days back and two guys turned up my home and removed the repaired parts.they promised me to back with in 2 or three days but never.i called lg customer care again around last week they just gave me 24 hrs.but never turned up.i called them every day including today but no response .they gave me the same 24 hrs time..please protect me from the waste lg customer care .i wasted my money to buy a lg product.please if u are not able to repair then please take the fridge from my home.

or else please give me a good solution for my money
