Refrigerator not cooling

I purchased LG Double Door model no. 258V55 Srl No 008NLHV002913 on 14 Aug for Rs 17000/=. But, It had to be changed the next day as it was not cooling at all. So a new refrigerator was given after a week with model number GL 255VS5 Srl No. 105NRLW176424. I regret to inform that after seven months the new refrigerator also stopped cooling. A complaint was lodged on 05 Apr the complaint number being RNA120406042972. However, the complaint was not resolved as of now.

It appears that the design and quality control of LG refrigerator are of poor standard. I am afraid that this model will again develop some defects after repair also. My faith and trust in the quality of the refrigerator has gone down.

In view of the above the refrigerator may be taken back and my money be refunded at the earliest.
