Cooling problem

I had purchased LG double door 305 Litre refrigerator from Reliance Digital Vashi on 14th June. But just after 10 months, i started facing cooling problem from the fridge. the was no cooling at all, milk and vegetables would get spoilt and ice also would melt. After complaining, the company would give a temporary solution and again the sam problem in next 2-3 months.

After a series of repeated complaints launched to LG customercare by me and the carelessness and irresponsibility shown by the after sales service of LG, I am frustrated and feel cheated by the company of providing such a low grade product.

NOW THE COMPANY HAS STOPPED LISTENING TO ITS CUSTOMERS AND NO POSITIVE ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE COMPLAINTS AND THE REFRIGERATOR PURCHASED BY ME IS STILL NOT WORKING.

KINDLY HELP, BECAUSE IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED, I MAY SEEK HELP OF MEDIA TO BRING UP THIS ISSUE IN PUBLIC AND LET THE PUBLIC KNOW THE REAL FACE OF LG.
