LG - DVD Player- DV356
Power Problem in The set since i purchased

Dear LG,

I had purchased DVD Player DV356 from Chroma, (Badarpur Border, Delhi). Thinking that LG products are quality products. But am very sorry to say that LG makes the worst products in India. And the service backup is equally bad.

I had a problem in the set from the 2nd month of my purchase, the DVD switches off automatically after running for 30 mins - 1 hour.

When the compliant was launched the service engineer came and changed the Power Supply (as he told me, whether he changed or not god knows). the DVD ran good for couple of days. Then again the same problem., Again the compliant was registered the service engineer came and did the same thing again (changed the power supply). Again the DVD ran well for couple of months.

Then again it had the same problem.

I have this problem now for the 5th time, and LG is not able to solve the issue.

Am unable to understand that a MNC like LG is not able to provide support for there own products, and there engineers are not able to repair the products.

What should i do now.

Am helpless
