Dear sir/madam,
Iam Pawan Shukla from Kanpur, I bought a LG Color TV in Oct. and only within
one month it became faulty, since it is under warranty period i lodged my
complaint with LG customer care, after several request they sent their
service engineer, who after several hit and trial could not correct the fault
and took out few parts from TV, now it is being over 15 days but no communication
is from LG side each time I call them their reply is that they are going to look into the matter,
Iam quite frustrated with their approach, now i want to know whether i can take any sort of action
against them to compensate the mental torture which iam feeling?
