Bought High end Refrigerators. Upon delivery the Shelf was damaged. Was promised replacement. Last two month I have been after them. No response from Service Department or able contact them via phone -all phone either busy or no body picks up the phone. I would suggest people should avod buying appliances or Tv or any high end items which might need service. Because their Customer Service is very pathetic, irresponsible and unprofessional.
