Problem of Some Parts

My AC is in AMC till 15th April. I am already entered my complaint through phone on 6th March & written complaint through mail on 25th March. But till today nobody can solve my problem & I think they want's to pass my AMC period & then surrender. I am mailing again & again, contact on phone again & again but nobody gives me satisfactorily answer. I am also suffering mentally & financially loss. All of them says the part of this AC is not available in Company. If company is not manufacturing the parts of this model then why he takes the AMC of this project. It's not my mistake.
