Free Services are not taking place

I have purchase a split AC of LG Electronics from the dealer Sri Padmaja Electronics, K.N. Road, Tadepalligudem - 1.on 19-4 vice invoice No. LS A 5 CW 2 AF1, Unit S.No. IDNV - 002NLLG000688 and the dealer says the free service will not take place in small towns, and when I requested to show at least how to service it, it was denied and said that it will happen in only Metro Cities not in town areas.

Could you please help me if it is so, how to service my self the AC on my own. All these CHEATING things are not mentioned at my purchase of the AC.
