Unprofessional No Service

We have purchased a LG Flat screen TV four years ago which suddenly stopped working. After lodging compliant to the service center they have diverted us to local LG service center named 'Micro services' situated somewhere in Ghodbunder road.

I lodged the complain on 2nd June they took 7 days to send there service engineer Mr. SARDESH who couldn't solve the problem... After rigorous follow up with "Micro services" again they managed to send somebody who have recognized some issues but engineer have to go back for the spare part now its been 20 days the issue have not been solved yet...

Ok now after constant fight we happened to see one more new face service engineer Name Mr. SURAJ from thane bramand came on16th June who was of no use as he was not carrying the required TV part on that he was very rude….being such a good brand you are losing out on your service. MY OLD PARENTS stay alone and the only entertainment is television, for the past 20 days they are just hoping that someone will come and repair the TV.

I WOULD REQUEST TO resolve this issue by tomorrow evening or else I will to compelled to knock consumer courts door.
