Service issue for DVD player pruchased

Dear Sir,

Have purchased DVD of LG from Vijay sales Borivali (Mumbai) in july 09,

the DVD has stopped working since 05 dec 09, have lodged complaint with the dealer same day & got the ref no as C09C0516270. since than twice the service guy asked me 2 stay at home, but he didnt arrived both the time.

there after i lodged another complaint with same offfice on 11 dec 09. no one has even bothered to give me a call for last so many days even after making several calls.
