No responce of complain

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is for your kind information that how much LG as BIG Brand in the international market is devoted for their customers:

Pl logon to http://www.lg.com/in/general/contact-us.jsp and see how many numbers are in use I have tried Lucknow branch number Contact No : 0522 - 2757538/39, 2759121 but nobody has picked at 4:00 O'clock evening.

I am also one of your customer who is suffering My AC is not working since 17th of June only 4 month old AC I have raised a complain on your website my complain number is 18061093401 dated 18 June. Nobody has attended the complain.

It’s my humble request to you pl do the cutesy on me in this time when the temperature of outside is 46°C I have spend 30K INR in your product so can only request you pl do the needful.

My next step is online complain via consumer forum court and after it I will send the legal notice. so pl don’t wait for notice take a necessary action..
