POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

We bought a LG SPLIT AC the ac have been running fine for the 6 months but suddenly due to some reasons the ac had its compressors gas leaked thereby providing no cooling . i made a complaint and requested for a service those technicians came and said that the compressor needs refilling of gas and left but so far after making so many calls not even a single technician has responded yet all the customer service guys provide is false assurance that it will be done within 24 hours they say the same thing for the last 8 days!!!

i dont know what to do pls help...
