AC Service Problem

Dear LG Service head,

I have purchased LG AirConditioner approx 1 year ago but Your comany is very selfish they can not provide us any one free service. Me and my family members called more times but every time they heve given same response (engg. will come toady) but no body come to my home. Now i m very dissatisfy because my AC swing system is not working so this is a very critical time because next time i;ll go with other company bcoz your selling activity is good but after selling your service is poor. So kindly send me one engg. for free AC checkup otherwise i'll go with cumsumer cort.
